1. Scope

2. Nature of Services
2.1. The Provider offers exclusively tantra massages as wellness and relaxation treatments. The massages offered are intended for physical and mental relaxation and stress relief and do not constitute sexual services of any kind.
2.2. Any sexual acts, harassment, or inappropriate behavior — whether by the client or by the practitioner — are strictly prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to immediately terminate a treatment without refund in the event of a violation of this rule and to permanently exclude the client from future bookings.
2.3. All treatments are carried out exclusively by trained professional staff.
3. Age Restriction
Services may only be used by persons 18 years of age or older. The Provider reserves the right to request official photo identification to verify age.
4. Booking and Scheduling
4.1. Appointments can be arranged via the website, by phone, by email, or via messaging services.
4.2. A booking is only considered binding once confirmed by the Provider (in writing, by phone, or by message).

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
5.1. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
5.2. In the event of cancellation less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, the Provider may charge a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the treatment price.
5.3. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments for good cause (e.g. illness of staff, force majeure); in such cases, the customer will not be charged.
6. Prices and Payment
6.1. The prices published on the website at the time of booking apply, quoted in Euro (€) and including applicable statutory VAT, where relevant.
6.2. Payment is due on-site, unless otherwise agreed, in cash or — where offered — by card.
6.3. Vouchers and special promotions cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
7. Health Information and Exclusions
7.1. The customer is required to inform the Provider before treatment of any relevant health limitations (e.g. pregnancy, cardiovascular conditions, skin conditions, infections, allergies, current injuries).
7.2. The Provider reserves the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if health-related contraindications are present.
7.3. The massages offered do not replace medical treatment, diagnosis, or therapy. Customers with health concerns are advised to consult a physician beforehand.
8. Liability
8.1. The Provider is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
8.2. The Provider accepts no liability for damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer regarding their health condition.
8.3. No liability is assumed for valuables brought onto the premises.
9. Conduct on the Premises
The Provider reserves the right to refuse treatment to persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Respectful behavior towards staff is expected; treatments may be terminated without refund in the event of violations.
